Cultivating Empowered Connections and Healing Through Therapy & Education

I have a strong belief that psychotherapy is a collaborative process where the relationship between client and therapist is key. I enjoy working relationally from a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and social justice lens. I am dedicated to empowering my clients and supporting them in recognizing their inherent strengths and inner wisdom. Building from that wisdom and those strengths together is central to my approach. I believe that providing compassion, open-heartedness, and non-judgment is core to the work I do. Finding the right fit is crucial for effective therapy, so I encourage clients to try a few sessions to ensure the connection feels right. If I’m not the best fit, I’m always happy to provide referrals. Therapy can help with a range of challenges, from trauma and depression to existential struggles, empowering clients to connect with their inner wisdom and healing abilities.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I provide expert training and education for therapists, healthcare providers, and organizations to create trauma-informed, LGBTQ+-affirming, neurodiverse-affirming, and ethically conscious practices. I specialize in:

-
LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care training
-
DEI education focused on inclusion, access, and harm reduction
-
Trauma- and culturally-informed practices; LGBTQ+, Poly/ENM, Kink/BDSM, Harm Reduction, and Psychedelic Therapies and Psychedelic-Informed Care.
-
Risk assessment and suicide prevention strategies
-
Various psychotherapy and assessment modalities
-
Clinical Supervision (teens and adults)
-
And More!

I help professionals go from feeling unsure about supporting diverse clients to having the knowledge, skills, attitude, and confidence to create truly inclusive spaces.
Drawing from my over two decades of experience, training, and education, I know from personal experience how challenging it can be to navigate the gaps in education
I also know that real change is possible when we commit to learning, unlearning, and growing together.
